Requesting a Return or Refund

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must obtain prior approval. Any request for a return or refund should be submitted by email to [email address]. Unauthorized returns or refunds will not be processed.

Refund or return requests must be made within 30 days from the date you received the goods. Each request will be carefully reviewed, and approval is granted at our sole discretion.

If your request is approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost and risk of returning the goods. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot issue a refund without proof of receipt.

Refunds and Conditions for Returns

Refunds will be issued only upon approval and once we have received the returned goods in acceptable condition. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when they were received. Some goods are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or personalized items.

  • Goods that deteriorate quickly or have expired.

  • Goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed.

  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or refunds that do not meet these conditions, even after approval.

Non-Refundable Items and Large Orders

We do not offer refunds on large, bulk, or custom orders unless a significant defect is present. Customers placing large orders are encouraged to contact us before purchase for detailed terms and conditions.

Final Sale Items

Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Processing Refunds

If a return is authorized and accepted, refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
